House Rules

To maintain a safe, respectful, and peaceful living environment for all residents, the following rules must be strictly followed by every occupant at Rekha PG:

Entry & Exit Timings

The PG gate closes at 9:30 PM.
All residents must return before this time.
No entry is allowed after closing time without prior permission.

Guest Policy

Visitors are allowed only between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
No overnight stay for guests is permitted without special approval.
Male visitors are not allowed in the room areas.

Cleanliness & Hygiene

Residents must keep their rooms and common areas clean.
Daily housekeeping is provided, but personal hygiene is the resident’s responsibility.
Do not leave personal items in shared spaces.

Noise & Behavior

Maintain a peaceful environment, especially during study and rest hours.
Loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior are strictly not allowed.
Be polite and respectful towards roommates, staff, and management.

Prohibited Items & Activities

No smoking, alcohol, or drugs are allowed inside the premises.
Use of candles, incense sticks, or any fire-hazardous item is strictly forbidden.
Do not engage in any illegal or unethical activities.

Use of Facilities

Use the provided facilities (Wi-Fi, geysers, Aquaguard, etc.) responsibly.
Report any damage or malfunction immediately.
Residents will be charged for damages caused due to negligence or misuse.

Room Sharing Etiquette

Respect your roommates’ privacy and preferences.
Sharing or exchanging rooms is not allowed without management approval.
Keep noise and lights minimal during bedtime hours.

Laundry and Meals

Submit clothes for laundry on designated days and follow the schedule.
Meals are served on time – please avoid food wastage.
Outside food is allowed but must be stored hygienically.

Security & Personal Belongings

Always lock your room when stepping out.
Rekha PG is not liable for any theft or loss of personal items.
Do not give your room key or access to outsiders.

Discipline and Conduct

Any form of misconduct, violence, or inappropriate behavior can lead to immediate eviction.
Residents are expected to maintain the decorum of the PG at all times.

Compliance & Changes

All residents must comply with the house rules.
Management reserves the right to update or revise rules as needed.
Continued stay indicates acceptance of all rules and any future modifications.
